Job Description
EQUALS is seeking a technical builder to own their systematic marketing engine. You will treat paid acquisition like a quant desk, applying advanced mathematics and frontier AI to optimize a live portfolio across major social platforms. This hybrid role blends cultural intuition with rigorous experimentation to drive global user growth through music.

What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize a multi-platform paid spend portfolio across TikTok, Meta, and Snap using real-time rebalancing systems instead of manual spreadsheets.
- Deploy generative AI and autonomous agents to iterate on creative content and marketing tooling at a pace no traditional team can match.
- Design scientific measurement frameworks for incrementality, attribution, and causal inference to replace gut-feel reporting with rigorous, actionable experimentation.
The ideal candidate
- Strong quantitative background in mathematics, statistics, or machine learning, with a passion for applying these disciplines to messy, real-world consumer data.
- Fearless early adopter of AI who can bridge the gap between creative hooks and technical model reasoning to unlock new growth capabilities.
- Pragmatic builder with a bias for action, capable of shipping, measuring, and iterating quickly within a fast-paced, high-stakes startup environment.
