🔍 About the Role

We’re hiring a Researcher to join our marketing team. Your key responsibilities will involve identifying and tracking tenders, then researching them from initial call through submission—including post-tender activity analysis.

  • Carrying engaging conversations and gathering critical information while:
    • Keeping rapport strong
    • Asking insightful questions

  • Transcribing and logging all findings into our system—losing no details!
  • Navigating busy schedules for consistent calling and varied client interactions.

(You’ll receive onboarding training on how to gather specific data.)


🎓 Qualifications

  • Phone-reliant experience (e.g., sales, customer service, or similar roles).
  • Strong administrative skills from past work.
  • Commitment to full-time hours (37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri, office hours).

🛠 Required Skills

  • Natural confidence when conducting phone-based enquiries.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks (note-taking, data entry, workflow).
