🔍 About the Role
We’re hiring a Researcher to join our marketing team. Your key responsibilities will involve identifying and tracking tenders, then researching them from initial call through submission—including post-tender activity analysis.

- Calling clients to identify new tender opportunities.
- Carrying engaging conversations and gathering critical information while:
- Keeping rapport strong
- Asking insightful questions
- Ensuring comprehensive data collection
- Transcribing and logging all findings into our system—losing no details!
- Navigating busy schedules for consistent calling and varied client interactions.
(You’ll receive onboarding training on how to gather specific data.)
🎓 Qualifications
- Phone-reliant experience (e.g., sales, customer service, or similar roles).
- Strong administrative skills from past work.
- Commitment to full-time hours (37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri, office hours).
🛠 Required Skills
- Natural confidence when conducting phone-based enquiries.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks (note-taking, data entry, workflow).

Salary: £27,000 per year.
