Researcher - Barbour ABI
Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Researcher, on a permanent contract to strengthen the team at its Barbour ABI business.

The Researcher role consists of researching current construction projects to an elevated level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate opportunities for our customers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Researching current construction projects to a high level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate opportunities for our customers.
- Interacting directly with customers through our internal CRM systems to answer queries on project information.
- Managing your own workload to ensure project information is current, accurate and delivered in a timely manner to meet department expectations.
- Achieving KPI measures around project volume and quality of data gathered.
- Liaising with other colleagues within the business.
- Building relationships with contacts within the construction industry.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outbound calling role, this could be in Research, Debt Collection, Account Management, Sales.
- GCSE pass in Maths and English – Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification).
- Effective Communicator.
- Active listener.
- An excellent telephone manner.
- Experience working towards and achieving KPI’s.
- Resilience and great work ethic.
- Dedication and commitment to producing consistently high-quality output.
- Team player, with a sound understanding of the role you can play in helping the wider team to succeed.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or similar.
- Experience of using CRM systems.
