Job title: Researcher

Salary: £40,000 + bonus
Location: London - Hybrid working (4 days in the office)
The Role – Researcher:
We are looking for an exceptional researcher to join our delivery team. This individual will play a critical role in the delivery of executive and non-executive search assignments and broader business development initiatives. They will be confident managing the candidate experience independently and contribute meaningfully to search strategy, candidate assessment, and market intelligence. While initially focused on research and candidate engagement, the role offers increasing exposure to client-facing work and broader project ownership over time.

Key responsibilities include:
- Market research and mapping, both for live searches and for talent pipelines; monitoring industry trends, business news and leadership changes
- Candidate identification, sourcing and early-stage outreach and interviews
- Data management and reporting, including maintaining the CRM system and drafting client-facing documents
- Supporting business development efforts through contribution to thought leadership work, pitch preparation and marketing campaigns
- Stakeholder management, both internally with consultants and partners, and externally with candidates and clients

Person specification:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in executive and/or non-executive search, with a track record of delivering against search mandates and engaging senior candidates.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
