We are looking for a Reservation & Revenue Coordinator to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club.
Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club, is a leading hotel, leisure, and golf resort set within 200 acres of beautiful parkland in Maidstone. With an 18-hole championship golf course, modern leisure facilities, stylish dining spaces, and 120 contemporary bedrooms, we deliver exceptional guest experiences day and night.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Liaise with central reservations if needed to ensure guests have a smooth booking process.
- Assist with group bookings where needed - allocations and rooming lists.
- Analyzing Revenue trends and rates in the market and assisting in driving revenue strategy.
- Help update OTAS such as Expedia and booking.com every day.
- Maintain accurate availability and pricing information within the hotel property management system (PMS).
- Monitor room availability and work with management team to maximise occupancy and revenue opportunities.
- Support revenue management by monitoring demand, rates, promotions, and competitor activity.
- Resolve reservation issues.
- Ensure all bookings comply with hotel policies, payment procedures, and data protection requirements.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
- Assist in maintaining and updating reservation records and databases.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

- Experience working with major brands (Marriott International preferred)
- Familiarity with branded systems and reporting tools

Hours: This is a full time role working 40 hours per week.
