Reservationist | Front-of-House Support

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Reservationist to be the first point of contact for our guests. Whether handling bookings, answering enquiries, or coordinating with the front-of-house team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing reservations across phone, email, and online platforms
- Providing knowledgeable and friendly responses to guest enquiries
- Coordinating bookings to maximise covers while maintaining service quality
- Supporting the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Creating a positive first impression that reflects our brand and values
