Job Opportunity: Reservations Agent
The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is looking for a Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests and other stakeholders, offering friendly and professional service. Your responsibilities will include entering correct booking information into Opera in a timely manner and operating with a selling attitude at all times to maximize room sales and hotel revenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Be fully conversant with the Opera system and apply it to individual and group reservations.
- Be fully aware of all department standards of performance and procedures and follow them.
- Be fully aware of all information required for a reservation and obtain it accurately and efficiently.
- Possess thorough product knowledge at all times and utilize this information when dealing with clients.
- Operate with a sales attitude and be aware of sales opportunities within the hotel to assist with the maximization of revenue.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of departmental telephone standards and ensure calls are answered and handled in a timely manner in accordance with departmental standards.

Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of Opera.
- Capacity to complete jobs within the deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
