Job Description
As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. Your primary responsibilities will include managing reservations inquiries, coordinating with other departments to ensure flawless service, and personalizing guest interactions to meet their unique needs. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a warm and professional manner, and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservation requests, providing accurate information and recommendations to guests.
- Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective reservation management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, room types, and special offers.
- Communicate with other departments to arrange special requests or assist with any guest requirements.
- Provide prompt, courteous service to each guest, ensuring their journey begins with excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a reservations or front-office role within luxury hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple reservations seamlessly.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering personalized, high-quality service.
- Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera) is advantageous.
