Reservations Agent
Reservations Agent – Full Time, Monday to Friday
Location: Near Spalding
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday - Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Reservations Agent to join their busy call centre team. This is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for making Pre-Arrival Calls to hotels to ensure all arrangements are in place for incoming guests, typically 150–200 calls per day, depending on workload.
The Successful Candidate Will
Have good written, verbal and listening skills Be able to work efficiently as part of a team and support colleagues Be adaptable within the working environment Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Be able to use their own initiative when required Have an excellent telephone manner
