Requirements
- A proven telesales experience, ideally gained in a high-volume call centre environment
- Skilled in handling the full sales cycle – from the first customer interaction through to closing the sale
- Confident in securing business on the first call, demonstrating strong persuasion and closing abilities
- An exceptional communicator who can quickly build rapport, understand customer needs, and influence decisions
- Driven by results, motivated by targets, and able to perform under pressure
- Customer-focused and professional, ensuring every call reflects our brand standards and commitment to service excellence
- Set up for success from home, with a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection
The Role
- Position: Inbound and Outbound Reservations Agent
- Reporting to: Head of Sales & Customer Service
- Salary: £27,563.00 OTE up to £40,000
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Working pattern: Rolling 5 days a week over 7 days
- Type: Permanent
- Location: Office Based – Worsley
- Equipment: All equipment provided
Job Description
As an Inbound & Reservations Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers turning enquiries into confirmed bookings through excellent communication and a customer-first approach.
You will:
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers who’ve requested a quote through our website – all warm leads, no cold calling
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking quotations or advice
- Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and provide tailored storage solutions
- Manage the full sales process, from enquiry to close, securing business on the first call where possible
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission
- Work 5 days per week on a rolling 7-day rota, which will include weekend shifts
