Job Description
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Reservations and Meeting Room Coordinator (Central Reservationist) to join our team, who play a key role in delivering an outstanding visitor and client experience within a banking client's Milton Keynes Office.
The focus of the Central Reservationist is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our front-of-house and meeting facilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional service to a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional, and engaging welcome to all visitors, clients, and colleagues, creating a positive first impression from the moment they arrive.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing a responsive and customer-focused service.
- Manage requests and enquiries efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high standards of customer care.
- Identify and escalate service-related issues where appropriate, taking ownership to ensure effective and professional resolution.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and key stakeholders across the business.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively seek opportunities to enhance the visitor and client experience.
- Manage visitor and client requests with accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Support the onboarding and development of new team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedules, ensuring all arrangements are managed effectively.
- Liaise with facilities, catering, security, and business support teams to ensure the successful delivery of meetings and events.
- Organise conference and meeting requirements, including room setup, catering, technology, and support services, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.

Hours
- 20 hours per week, shifts from 8am-5pm (Mon), 8am-12pm (Wed) and 8am-5pm (Fri)
Salary
- £14,173 per annum
