Reservations Specialist
Reservations and Groups Agent
Required for this global airline based in their West London office. They are looking for a travel industry professional from a reservations background, ideally airline experience and ideally Sabre knowledge. Office based role, Monday to Friday. Salary around £27,000 plus bonus and great benefits including a yearly free flight for you and a family member.
Reservations and Groups Agents Duties
- Group sales and reservations
- Preparation of route analysis data
- Taking reservations calls from direct and trade partners
- Generating airline bookings, changes, issuing and reissuing tickets
- Processing invoices
- Daily and monthly airline sales reports
- Dealing with ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes, lost tickets

Reservations and Groups Agents Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years in an airline reservations role
- Ideally Sabre trained, but they will cross train from a different GDS
- Knowledge of fares and ticketing
- Excellent telephone manner

Additional Information
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, office based in West London
- Benefits include 1 free flight per year, including immediate family, death in service, free parking at the Brentford office, 21 days annual leave which increases with service, EAP programme
