As Residence Concierge Manager, you will be instrumental in upholding the Sustainability, Wellness, and Out-of-the-Ordinary principles that define our brand. You will actively champion and participate in all brand initiatives while ensuring they remain central to our operations.
About the Role
As Residence Concierge Assistant Manager, this role is critical in delivering exceptional resident experiences—the foundation of our high standards.
Responsibilities
As Residence Concierge Manager, you will oversee the smooth and efficient operation of all concierge functions, including:

Delivering exceptional, personalised experiences
- Assess residents' needs and provide tailored, brand-aligned solutions
- Maintain compliance with Six Senses Residences policies and standards

Comprehensive resident support
- Handle all resident requests for services, information, packages, mail, messages, and special arrangements
- Recommend, plan, and arrange activities, experiences, and services aligned with residents' preferences
- Serve as the key escalation point for resident concerns, ensuring swift and effective service recovery and resolution
- Ensure a seamless resident experience from arrival through departure

- Team leadership and operational excellence
- Supervise and motivate concierge hosts—inclusive of shift planning across all concierge desks
- Lead a high-performing team, driving consistently excellent service standards
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to support team development
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to align services and maintain operational efficiency
Requirements
To excel in this Residence Concierge Manager role, you must meet the following standards:
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business or 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role within residential hospitality
- Proven experience leading a team of residential concierge hosts or a similar supportive role
- Strong decision-making ability with a track record of resident satisfaction, team-motivation, and high-performing outcomes
- English fluency is mandatory; a second language is an advantage

Technical Competencies & Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM platforms)
- Superior knowledge of guest-related functions, concierge services, and local area amenities
- Experience with residential portal platforms (highly preferred)
Soft Skills & Attributes
- Problem-solving, multi-tasking, and adaptability
- Exceptional communication skills
- Computer literacy and proactive approach
