Two full time roles - 100% FTE (35 hours per week)
This role will be based on the university campus.
Residential Services provides accommodation for around 8,500 University of Leeds students in self-catered and catered sites, both on and off campus. We also provide facilities for meetings and conferences. We are an innovative service with a clear vision to provide some of the country’s best student accommodation.
As a Residence Manager, you will be responsible for the effective operation of multiple residences across the University of Leeds portfolio. This includes maintaining high standards, delivering strong customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive experience for students, visitors, and conference guests.

You will be a highly organised professional with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to deliver consistent service performance.
With experience in a fast-paced residential, retail, or facilities environment, you will bring a strong track record in frontline service delivery, effective resource and budget management, and driving high standards of customer care.
The role will require an enhanced Disclosure Check
