Resident Associate
Resident Associate (FTC ASAP until Feb 2027)
Location: Wembley, HA9
Salary: £30k pa pro rata
Working Hours: 5 days per week, 37.5 hours
Job Overview
This large modern residential estate in Wembley is looking for a Resident Associate to support the Resident Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the buildings and providing an optimal customer experience from move-in, all the way through to move-out.
Responsibilities
- Manage the resolution of all reported issues from residents
- Work front of house to enhance the resident experience
- Ensure full knowledge of apartment and communal area systems
- Work closely with the Defects Resolution Team to ensure any issues are rectified in a timely manner
- Carry out daily inspections of the development to ensure they are to company standard
- Support the Development Manager with required health and safety compliance
- Coordinate all move-in’s & move-out’s with the relevant company function and third parties
- Work with the Resident Manager to implement cost and time efficiencies to deliver on P&L targets
- Attend and carry out all required apartment inspections to deliver the required company expectations
- Ensure post-PC snagging items are kept to a minimum and dealt with in a timely manner
- Support the Resident Manager to collate data for weekly / monthly reports as required by the Operations Manager

Qualifications and Skills

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good IT skills
- Prior experience in customer facing roles, ideally from hotel, retail, student accommodation, or residential sectors
- xlqdzyr ARLA / AIRPM qualifications or similar – desirable but not essential
Working Hours
- Five days per week between Monday and Sunday
- 7.5 hours per day
- Rota start time and finish time will vary between the office hours of 8am and 8pm
Contract Type
This is a Fixed Term Contract starting ASAP until February 2027.
