Hours: Full time (working flexibly between 8am and 8pm, with weekend working)

We’re looking for a driven and energetic Resident Experience Associate to play a key role in both driving bookings and creating an exceptional resident experience at SPACE Student Accommodation Aberdeen.

As one of the primary faces of the business, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with prospective residents
  • Conducting in-person and virtual viewings
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Supporting the sales journey from initial interest through to move-in

You'll maximise occupancy by delivering an outstanding customer experience that converts prospects into residents.

Alongside supporting sales activity, you’ll be instrumental in building a vibrant and engaged community that encourages resident satisfaction, retention and positive word-of-mouth recommendations. You’ll:

  • Plan and deliver a programme of social events
  • Create opportunities for residents to connect
  • Contribute to the overall atmosphere and culture within the development

The role also includes:

  • Front-of-house reception duties
  • Parcel management
  • Supporting our retail offering
  • Maintaining high presentation standards across communal spaces
  • Contributing to social media and local marketing initiatives that enhance the Space brand and generate future demand

This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone who is commercially minded, highly personable and passionate about both sales and community building. Varied shifts (until 8pm) and occasional weekend work are required to support viewings, events and peak trading periods.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, student accommodation or a similar customer-facing environment.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with prospective and current residents.
  • Commercially aware, with a passion for delivering results and achieving occupancy targets.
  • Able to build strong relationships and create a welcoming community environment.
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable conducting viewings, handling enquiries and supporting conversion activities.
  • Enthusiastic about planning and delivering events that enhance the resident experience and support retention.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required.
