Salary: £16.50 per hour
As Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the main point of contact between:
- Residents
- Project stakeholders
- Construction team

The role is to:
- Build strong, positive relationships with residents
- Address their concerns
- Ensure their needs are met
You’ll provide first-class liaison and administrative support to the project team in a professional and efficient manner.
About You
Required:
- Experience in a similar role, such as Resident Liaison Officer or project administration.
- Experience within a main contractor environment working on SHDF projects.
- Bonus points for experience in a social housing context, though not always mandatory.
- Must live in a reasonable distance from the location.
- Hold a clean, full UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
