Resident Liaison Officer

Salary: £16.50 – £17.50 per hour Type: Full Time Region: UK – East Location: Basildon, Essex

Resident Liaison Officer (Planned & Regeneration)

Contract: Temporary position – 3-month contract Location: Basildon

Salary: £16.50 per hour

As Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the main point of contact between:

  • Residents
  • Project stakeholders
  • Construction team

The role is to:

  • Build strong, positive relationships with residents
  • Address their concerns
  • Ensure their needs are met

You’ll provide first-class liaison and administrative support to the project team in a professional and efficient manner.


About You

Required:

  • Experience in a similar role, such as Resident Liaison Officer or project administration.
  • Experience within a main contractor environment working on SHDF projects.
  • Bonus points for experience in a social housing context, though not always mandatory.
  • Must live in a reasonable distance from the location.
  • Hold a clean, full UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
