Are you an ARB-registered architect with strong Revit skills, looking to take ownership of large-scale residential projects?

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering large-scale residential projects, working within a BIM-led environment using Revit. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external consultants, supporting projects from concept through to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate residential schemes across multiple RIBA stages
  • Produce detailed design and technical packages using Revit
  • Collaborate with consultants and wider project teams
  • Contribute to project delivery, ensuring design intent is maintained
  • Support coordination and quality control across drawings and models

Requirements

  • You are an ARB-registered Architect with UK project experience
  • You have strong, demonstrable Revit capability in practice
  • You have experience working on large-scale residential projects
  • You are confident coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
  • You are eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship, as this is not available for the role
