Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personal care to older adults, including those living with dementia, at 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres across Lancashire.
  • Ensure care is delivered with respect, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Support older people to maintain independence and fulfil their aspirations.
  • Assist families and carers by offering tailored support.

Additional Information
