Residential Care Assistant Salary: £25,949 per annum (prorated for 24.5 hours/week) | Contract: Permanent, Part-time


About the Role

Our commitment is to provide The Care Certificate vocationally contributed qualifications for employees within Residential Care settings.

This role is not available for international sponsorship.

Supports the Older People Care Services vision: “To be the best quality service, safely supporting older people with kindness, dignity, care, and compassion to live their lives their way”.

We are seeking passionate individuals, value-driven and dedicated to enhancing lives of older adults. If you’d like to empower those living with dignity and independence, we’d love to hear from you.

Rota details 08:00–15:30 | 3 days on, 2 days off

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

Your application must clearly evidence experience and education, demonstrating alignment with the role’s requirements.

Additional Information

  • Salary "pro-rata"—applied proportionally based on part-time hours (not a full-time match).
  • This role is subject to a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check per the 1974 Rehabilitation of Offenders Act – Exceptions.
