Our committed team provides care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire. It runs 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres [https://www.lancashire.gov.uk/media/942894/older-people-care-services-residential-homes-and-day-centres-v5.pdf] where the team provides support for older people, adults living with dementia and their families.
