Salary & Incentives
£13.24 per hour** + incentives
- £1.00/hour reduction for team members under 21 (still above National Minimum Wage guidelines)
Hours & Contract Type
- Full-time permanent contract
- 3 to 4 shifts per week
- Shift times: 7:30am–7:30pm (including alternate weekends)

About Orchard Court Care Home
Orchard Court near Brigg is set in a restored coaching inn with modern extensions, creating a homely yet professional environment. The home provides personal and dementia care for 39 residents.
Key Responsibilities as a Care Assistant
As part of our dedicated team, you’ll:
- Provide high-quality support for residents’ daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, eating)
- Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect with a focus on both physical and emotional wellbeing
- Ensure 90%+ accuracy in Daily Charts, as audited monthly
- Maintain 100% compliance with all mandatory training

Essential Requirements
- Clear motivation/experience in care
- Local residence (within 20 minutes of Orchard Court)
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Strong written/oral communication skills
- Caring, nurturing attitude
- Positive, enthusiastic mindset
- Effective time management and organisation
