About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Residential Care Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential care home. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care while leading and developing a high-performing team.
As the Registered Manager, you will ensure the home operates in full compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, relevant legislation, and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of care, safety, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide effective leadership and overall management of the residential care home.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Maintain compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards and all relevant legislation.
- Lead, motivate, supervise, and develop the care team through regular training, coaching, and performance management.
- Manage staffing levels, recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
- Oversee safeguarding procedures and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
- Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and resources effectively to achieve operational targets.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and external agencies.
- Ensure accurate care planning, risk assessments, audits, and quality assurance processes are maintained.
- Drive continuous improvement and prepare the home for CQC inspections.
