Role: Home Manager
We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead our 42-residential-bed Care Home in Peterborough.

Home Manager Package
- Starting salary: £50,000 per annum
- Generous annual bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the quality of service provided to residents remains outstanding
- Driving and maintaining occupancy targets
- Recruiting, training, and retaining a highly skilled, professional team
- Upholding CQC, governance, and operational policies, ensuring golden compliance
- Financial oversight, managing home profit and loss within set budgets
- Promoting innovations in marketing to grow the home’s reputation
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
You must demonstrate:
- Proven success in managing CQC high-rated care homes
- A qualification such as the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care
- Compassion combined with assertive leadership, driving continuous care improvements
- Ability to lead team morale, motivate staff, and drive commercial success
- Track record in boosting occupancy through strategic action planning
- Excellent communicative skills—verbal and written—to navigate relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Confidence in operational management, team leadership, and delivering CQC compliance/ward needs
