Registered Manager – Residential Care Service (Carmarthenshire, Wales)
Organization: Leading UK healthcare provider
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Manager to join a brand-new residential care service opening early 2025 in the Pontypridd, Wales area. Following a major refurbishment, the facility will provide modern, high-quality residential care.
To Be Considered
You must hold an:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities
The Registered Manager will:
- Lead and inspire a team committed to delivering person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Ensure best-practice social care delivery while continuously enhancing service standards.
- Manage both people and processes effectively—critical to the service’s success.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong commitment to excellence in care.
- Prior managerial experience in a similar environment (preferred).
- Deep knowledge of regulatory standards in health and social care.
- Exceptional decision-making, organisation, and communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable mindset—ideally with a "can-do" attitude.

The role offers £45,000 per annum (GBP) in current terms, alongside full-time (40-hour), permanent employment. Benefits include:
