As a Residential Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in helping young people build confidence, develop independence, and reach their goals.

Our approach is about locality working, multi disciplinary and multi agency teams that support the whole family. Building strong partnerships with local services, Health, Police and Education.

The Role
Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you will:
- Provide high-quality day-to-day care and support to children and young people.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people and their families.
- Support children to access education, health appointments, hobbies, and community activities.
- Contribute to care planning and ensure care plans are followed.
- Promote young people's physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ensure all statutory regulations, policies, and safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Promote equality, diversity, anti-discriminatory and anti-racist practice.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for people who:

Previous residential care experience is welcome but not essential. We value the right attitude, commitment, and potential.

This role involves shift work including:
