About the Role

Our organisation provides care across 16 residential homes and 13 day centres, supporting over 1,000 adults in Lancashire—including those living with dementia.

Your Responsibilities

While exact duties will vary, your role may include but is not limited to:

  • Providing personal and emotional support for older adults in residential and community settings
  • Assisting with daily living activities (e.g., personal care, mobility, nutrition)
  • Promoting well-being, dignity and independence in line with individual preferences
  • Contributing to a safe, person-centred environment for care recipients and families
  • Supporting therapeutic and social activities tailored to residents’ interests
