- 16 residential care homes
- 13 day centres

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care aligned with older people’s preferences
- Assist with daily living activities in a respectful, dignity-focused manner
- Support individuals with dementia through tailored approaches
- Collaborate with families to ensure continuous, compassionate care
Requirements
Essential
- Ability to evidence suitable experience, education, or training (complete sections in the application to qualify for shortlisting)
- Commitment to upholding principles of kindness, dignity, and compassion
- Willingness to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (mandatory post-offer)

Nice to Have
- Previous experience in care, health, or frontline social services
- Familiarity with dementia awareness principles
