Residential Child Care Worker (Visa Sponsorship unavailable)

Location: East Lancashire – Clitheroe, Burnley & Padiham Salary: £28,142–£32,061 per annum (with enhancements for weekend shifts, evening work & sleep-in duty) Hours: 37 per week (permanent, full-time role)


About Our Service

Our Children’s Residential Service is expanding with new children’s homes and updates to existing placements across Lancashire. We’re looking for passionate, committed individuals to support young people aged 11–17 in safe, nurturing environments.

At the heart of our approach is a belief that every child deserves meaningful relationships, creative support, and opportunities to flourish. From indoor activities to outdoor adventures, we focus on holistic development — helping young people grow personally, socially, and emotionally.


Your Responsibilities

As a Residential Child Care Worker, you’ll live in our children’s home, forming lasting connections with young people who’ve faced challenging circumstances (e.g., trauma or adverse experiences). Your role involves:
