Residential Children and Young People Support Worker Apprenticeship
As a Support Worker, you'll help our residents (aged 8–23) lead fulfilling lives. You will be studying towards your Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Level 4) Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities
- Act as a positive role model and team member.
- Facilitate effective communication within the staff team.
- Participate in planning and delivering quality care and support for service users.
- Support day-to-day delivery of care and support to people using services.
- Other support worker duties.
