Residential Conveyancer Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 DOE
A forward-thinking, award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing team in Peterborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional looking to develop their career within a structured, supportive environment that values quality, progression, and client service.
The Role You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. The role offers strong operational support and efficient systems, allowing you to focus on delivering a high standard of client care and technical work.

Key Responsibilities Managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently. Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Providing clear and consistent client communication throughout transactions. Working collaboratively with support teams to ensure smooth case progression. Contributing to a high-quality and service-led team environment.
About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. Confident managing files from instruction to completion. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proactive, client-focused, and detail-oriented approach. Open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals, or experienced fee earners.
