A modern, award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing team in Hove. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and well-structured environment that prioritises quality work, efficiency, and client service.
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a range of freehold and leasehold matters. The role offers strong support from experienced teams and efficient systems, allowing you to focus on delivering a high standard of legal work.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Handling freehold matters, with some leasehold transactions.
- Providing clear, high-quality client communication throughout the process.
- Working closely with support teams to ensure smooth progression of files.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
- Confident managing files from instruction to completion.
- Strong organisational and client care skills.
- Open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals, or experienced fee earners.
- Proactive, detail-focused, and client-oriented.
