Residential Conveyancer

Fully Remote | Flexible Hours | Fee-Split Model

Join a Forward-Thinking Boutique Firm

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for more than just another role? Do you have clients and referrers who choose you, rather than the firm you work for?

If so, it might be time to consider a consultancy model—and start earning up to 75% of the fees you generate. Many lawyers have already made the transition, reshaping their careers and earnings in the process.

At FDR, we specialise in guiding conveyancers through this shift with confidence.

Choosing the right firm can feel overwhelming—even isolating. That’s why we’re here. We’re a small, thoughtful boutique firm offering more than just a platform. Here, you’re not just another name on the list. Your opinion matters, your work is valued, and your growth is prioritised.

We’re a close-knit, progressive legal practice dedicated to empowering experienced conveyancers to take full career control—backed by industry-leading technology.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
