With continued growth across multiple offices, the firm is looking to expand its Residential Property team and welcomes applications from experienced Conveyancers, Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Senior Associates. What you'll be doing:
- Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling a broad range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership transactions
- Conducting title investigations, property searches and due diligence
About you:
- At least 1 year's experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Experience handling sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Knowledge of new build and shared ownership transactions would be advantageous
