Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, North Wales, GBP 30,000+ (DOE) : A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an expanding team. REF:4497.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and well-established firm with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding client service.
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handle a broad range of transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties.
- Deliver exceptional client care and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers, and other professionals.
- Work efficiently to ensure transactions progress smoothly and deadlines are met.

Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
