Description
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our award-winning team.
This is an opportunity to do what you do best in a supportive, forward-thinking and technology-driven environment where you'll have the backing of dedicated assistants, specialist support teams and experienced colleagues.
You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload while delivering an exceptional client experience from instruction through to completion. Working within a small, close-knit cohort led by a Conveyancing Manager, you'll play a key role in helping clients move home with confidence and peace of mind.
Success in this role means delivering outstanding service, maintaining high professional standards, and contributing towards individual and team performance goals.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Case Management: Handle a residential conveyancing caseload, ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Client Service: Build strong relationships with clients by providing clear, professional advice and regular updates throughout their property transaction.
- Communication: Liaise with estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and solicitors to facilitate smooth progression of cases and achieve positive outcomes.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor and prioritise active matters, identifying potential delays and taking proactive steps to keep transactions on track.
- Compliance: Adhere to SRA, CLC and lender requirements, maintaining accurate records and following internal quality standards and procedures.
- Performance: Contribute towards departmental objectives by managing workload effectively and achieving agreed productivity, service and quality measures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with assistants, support teams and colleagues across the business to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace technology, systems and process improvements that enhance efficiency and support exceptional service delivery.

The Individual
To be considered for this role, Your CV should demonstrate:
- Strong technical knowledge of land law and the conveyancing process.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Proven experience and confidence handling residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold titles independently.
- Previous success managing your own caseload in a fee-earning role, ideally in a volume conveyancing practice.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and consistently deliver against KPIs.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with case management systems and digital processes.
- A positive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
