Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years PQE, Suffolk, GBP 35,000+ (DOE)

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Suffolk is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and friendly property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to handle a quality caseload while developing their career within a supportive and progressive firm. REF:4727.


The Role

You will be responsible for running your own residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, advising clients throughout the transaction and ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

  • Your caseload will consist of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership matters, and general residential property advice.
  • Alongside managing your own files, you will work closely with colleagues across the department, providing support where required and contributing to the continued success of the team.

Skills Required

  • Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 Year PQE.
  • A sound understanding of the residential property transaction process and current conveyancing practice.
  • The ability to manage files efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • A proactive approach to business development and building lasting relationships with clients and referrers.
  • The ability to work confidently on your own initiative while contributing positively within a collaborative team.
  • A professional, approachable, and personable manner.
