Residential Conveyancer, 3 Years PQE, Nottinghamshire, GBP (DOE)

JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer

PQE: 3+ PQE

LOCATION: Nottinghamshire

SALARY: GBP Dependent on experience

The Role

An ambitious and driven Residential Conveyancer is sought to join a thriving and growing team in Bristol. The firm is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and manage a varied caseload of residential property matters. You will be well versed in handling the full spectrum of residential conveyancing work, including freehold and leasehold transactions, deeds of easement, remortgages, and sales and purchases, as well as other matters arising within residential property. This is a superb opportunity for someone who enjoys business development, networking, and helping to build and grow a caseload. In return, the firm offers genuine prospects for long-term career development.

Skills Required

  • Applications are sought from Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' experience in handling a varied caseload of residential property matters.
  • You will possess strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing and be confident in advising clients on a broad range of transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • The successful Residential Property Solicitor will have excellent communication and client care skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.
  • You will be capable of managing your own caseload with the appropriate level of supervision, prioritising competing deadlines, and maintaining high standards of service throughout the transaction process.
  • An interest in business development, networking, and building long-term client relationships will also be highly advantageous.
