Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
PQE Required: NQ+
Location: County Durham
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
The Role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and progressive law firm. You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, advising clients on sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and other residential property transactions. Working within a collaborative team, you will build strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of service throughout the conveyancing process. This role offers genuine responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and growing practice.

The Candidate:
Applications are welcomed from Residential Conveyancers, Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and experienced Fee Earners from NQ level upwards with experience managing residential conveyancing matters. You will possess strong organisational and communication skills together with a client-focused approach and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively. The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially aware, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
