Residential Conveyancer Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer Gloucestershire

Excellent Salary + Bonus for Above:Target Billing + Hybrid Working

I'm currently working with a highly respected Gloucestershire law firm that is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) to join its growing property team.

This opportunity would suit a conveyancer at any stage of their career who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a unique mix of quality residential conveyancing and buy-to-let investment work, making it ideal for someone with an interest in the property investment sector.

The Opportunity

You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Buy-to-let property transactions
  • Residential investment portfolio acquisitions
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • New build and shared ownership matters
  • General residential conveyancing advice

The firm's investor clients often require quick turnaround times, so you'll thrive in an environment where efficiency, organisation and proactive communication are highly valued.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
