An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my clients team in their Wallasey offices.

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of the firm's Conveyancing team.
Duties
- Manage residential conveyancing cases independently, from instruction to post-completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties via phone, email, and letters in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients.
- Collaborate with Conveyancers and Secretaries to ensure smooth transaction progress.
- Contribute to business development by fostering relationships with third parties and attending networking events.
- Review title registers, client instructions, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Draft and amend relevant legal documents, ensuring adherence to AML regulations.
- Submit applications to the Land Registry and address requisitions promptly.
- Utilise IT systems effectively to manage case files and documentation.

Experience
- 2+ years experience with managing a conveyancing caseload.
- Excellent communicator, who can demonstrate good time management, alongside organisational and problem-solving skills. Accuracy and the ability to pay attention to detail is crucial.
- Self-motivated and able to work alone or as part of a team.
