The Role
You'll manage your own varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, advising clients on matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership
- Equity release
- Lease extensions
You'll also work alongside experienced senior lawyers on more complex transactions while helping to build and maintain strong client relationships.
