TSR Legal are currently working with a well-regarded and friendly law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their established team.
This opportunity has arisen as part of the firm’s continued commitment to maintaining its reputation as a high-performing conveyancing department known for delivering exceptional client service. They are looking for someone with a proactive, positive and client-focused approach who will make a meaningful contribution to the team’s ongoing success.
You will be responsible for managing an interesting and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, handling transactions from instruction through to completion.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a broad range of residential conveyancing files
- Building strong rapport with clients and maintaining excellent levels of client care
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with local estate agents and introducers
- Supporting and contributing to a strong, collaborative team culture
- Maintaining high professional and compliance standards at all times

This is a role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive, close-knit department. My client is looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Solid experience handling a variety of residential conveyancing matters
- The ability to remain calm, professional and focused in a busy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive internal relationships
- Sound decision-making skills and the confidence to take ownership of matters when required
- A professional and client-facing manner
- Strong organisational skills and self-motivation
- Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office packages
