About the Company:
This respected regional law firm is known for its strong Residential Property offering across the South West. With a longstanding presence in the area, it has developed a reputation for technical excellence, internal progression, and a supportive, collaborative culture. Following a period of strong growth, the firm is continuing to expand and is now looking to strengthen its team with a fully remote hire.
Role Summary:
A chance to join one of the region’s most established Residential Property teams in a fully remote role, following a 30% uplift in revenue. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and benefit from a well-resourced team structure, strong administrative support, and clear routes for progression, while having the flexibility to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run your own caseload: Work on varied residential transactions with autonomy
- Leverage legal tech: Support clients with an end-to-end digital conveyancing journey
- Collaborate with a strong team: Learn, support, and grow alongside experienced peers
- Take direct instructions: Build meaningful relationships with clients and referrers
- Scope and price work accurately: With support from senior lawyers where needed
- Grow your profile: Contribute to business development and cross-team collaboration

Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx
- Experience in residential property law within a law firm setting
- Strong organisational and client-handling skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-led environment
- Eager to contribute to wider BD and networking efforts
