Residential Conveyancer, 5+ Years PQE, Swindon, GBP 50,000+ (DOE) : We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE to join an established Residential Property team. REF:4599.


The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a growing Residential Property team and help strengthen their presence in the Swindon office.

This role is ideal for a motivated property lawyer who enjoys managing a varied caseload, delivering exceptional client service and playing an active part in the continued growth of a successful department.

  • You will be responsible for a varied residential property caseload to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build properties.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining regular communication throughout each transaction.
  • Working closely with estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and other legal professionals to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
  • Supporting the continued growth of the department through excellent client service, networking and developing relationships with referrers.

Skills Required

  • A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent residential conveyancing experience.
  • A proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of residential property law.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and client care skills.
  • A proactive and approachable manner with a genuine enthusiasm for business development and building lasting professional relationships.
