Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Fee Earner Location: Gloucester (Hybrid Working) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy Residential Property team in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional seeking a high-quality caseload, flexible hybrid working, and the chance to join a supportive and collaborative team environment. The Role You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process. The caseload will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases New build transactions Help to Buy matters Shared ownership transactions Remortgages and transfers of equity General residential property matters The successful candidate will have the autonomy to manage files independently while benefiting from the support of an experienced and established property team. About You Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners with equivalent experience.
