Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their highly regarded team in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire offices.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Providing clear, practical legal advice while delivering an excellent standard of client care.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in the conveyancing process.

Skills & Experience
- Have previous experience handling residential conveyancing matters.
- Be committed to delivering exceptional client service.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Be able to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a busy team.
- Have experience dealing with AML requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Be proactive, enthusiastic, and personable.
