About the Role
Become part of an established Residential Property team handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters for a broad client base. You will manage your own files from instruction through to completion, advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and a range of associated residential property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver practical, commercially focused advice while maintaining the highest standards of client care throughout every transaction.

Qualifications and Experience
Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, and experienced Paralegals with experience gained within a reputable Residential Property practice. Candidates from Newly Qualified level through to approximately 10 years PQE are encouraged.
Key Skills and Requirements
- You will be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of Residential Property law.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
Working Conditions
This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis and offers flexible hybrid working.
