The Role

A national, well-established law firm is seeking to welcome an experienced Residential Property Lawyer in joining their busy and successful property team in providing high-quality advice to clients regarding a wide range of residential conveyancing matters. The successful candidate will be managing their own caseload, with this workload covering freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgaging, equity release transactions, shared ownership matters, new build purchases, help to buy transactions, lease extensions/variations, transfers of equity, matrimonial affairs, title investigations, and reporting. Furthermore, this role expects the successful candidate to support junior members of the team and to build and maintain local business relationships.

The Candidate

This firm is welcoming applications from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers who possess a minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent in managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. A strong technical knowledge spanning a broad range of residential property matters is necessary, alongside excellent communication, client care skills, and the ability to work confidently with minimal supervision in a busy environment. Furthermore, knowledge of the Bedford property market and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service is incredibly advantageous to this role.
