ROLE: Residential Conveyancer
LOCATION: Sheffield
SALARY: £50,000 - £55,000 Depending on experience
HOURS: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Wednesday

We are looking to grow our Residential Property team in Sheffield with the addition of experienced Conveyancer who can confidently manage their own caseload.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional who is confident managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
You will handle a varied and rewarding caseload, covering all areas of residential conveyancing, including but not limited to:

- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
- Maintaining high standards of client care and communication
- Working collaboratively with support staff and colleagues
- Contributing to team performance and service delivery
You will enjoy this role if you are:
- A qualified residential conveyancer with at least 5 years’ PQE or equivalent
- Comfortable managing your own files with minimal supervision
- Focused on delivering a high-quality client experience
- Looking for a role with manageable caseloads and strong team support
- Interested in working within a collaborative and progressive firm
